Breakthrough Non-narcotic Peptide Painkiller
The discovery phase has been over 25 years.
Now Preclinical study is 100% completed.
Total number of manifestations of pain for the various experimental animal groups .
Сomparison with other analgesics
In preclinical studies it is shown that the analgesic activity of Anodynal® is higher than the one ketorolac tromethamine has, in doses in 1000 times less than in the drug of comparison. The drug of comparison, ketorolac tromethamine, is significantly superior to other NSAIDs and comparable in analgesic effects to morphine.
The "Formalin test" and the "Haffner Tailset Pinch Test" were selected as somatic pain models for the purposes of the study, which together provide the most complete information about specific (analgesic) activity of the studied drugs both in case of a moderate, continuous pain caused by formaldehyde administration and on the mechanical somatic pain model.
In all phases of the “Formalin test" and in the “Haffner Tailset Pinch Test” with intranasal administration the analgesic activity of Anodynal® was superior to the ketorolac tromethamine (K – control, T – animals that received the synthetic peptide 2 µg, 5T – animals that received the synthetic peptide 10 µg, R - animals that received ketorolac tromethamine 2.14 mg).
